Job Title: Financial Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of operational, business, financial and managerial risks aspects to ensure alignment with bank's internal credit risk policies.
  • Monitor borrowers' interim financials and perform comprehensive analysis of financial statements to identify potential risks.
  • Meet clients regularly to discuss company performance and provide updates on key indicators.
  • Oversee an assigned portfolio of credit clients, reporting directly to senior management and responsible for maintaining the portfolio's health.
  • Identify external events impacting borrowers or industries and take prompt action to mitigate risks by escalating concerns to senior management.
  • Work on delinquent accounts, following up with customers to avoid moving to early warning signals or watch list category.
  • Adhere to defined turnaround times for reviewing credit proposals and ensure CAM output meets bank standards.
  • Track exceptions related to pending security perfection, covenant testing, and documentation, escalating overdue issues to management.

Qualifications and Experience Requirement:

  • Essential Qualifications: Graduate degree (Engineering graduates preferred), CA, or MBA.
  • Essential Experience: 7-14 years.
