Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental Analyst to support our efforts in maintaining a safe and sustainable work environment.

This role will involve implementing and maintaining site-specific HSE management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and monitoring day-to-day operations to prevent pollution and promote environmental stewardship.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial HSE, experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

As a key member of our HSE team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of site-specific HSE management systems;
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to HSE;
  • Monitoring day-to-day operations to prevent pollution and promote environmental stewardship;
  • Assisting with internal and external audits, resolving issues identified in audits, and updating HSEMS documentation.

You will also have the opportunity to develop and deliver multi-mode communications, plan and prioritize work, and champion proactive health and safety behaviors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6-7 years of industrial HSE experience;
  • Knowledge of HSE compliances related to handling modified plants;
  • Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 HSEMS implementation.
