Branch Director

Our Odisha branch is seeking a seasoned professional to lead as Branch Manager. This is a full-time role with a permanent location in Bhubaneshwar. The successful candidate will oversee business growth and development, daily operations, and recruitment for the territory while ensuring compliance with policies and driving overall performance.

• We are looking for someone who can strategically plan and execute business initiatives
• The ideal candidate will have leadership skills and be able to manage a team of professionals
• We need someone who can develop talent and recruit for the territory
• The successful candidate must ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a senior sales or business development role is required
• Elevator industry experience of at least 5 years is necessary
• The ability to understand engineering drawings is a must
• Business development and strategic planning skills are essential
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required
• A degree in Engineering is preferred
