Senior Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our client servicing function in a dynamic environment. As a Lead Client Servicing Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the client servicing team, building long-term relationships with clients, and driving strategic account growth.
- Lead and oversee the client servicing function to achieve exceptional results.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive strategic account growth, identifying new opportunities within existing clients.
- Collaborate with leadership to define business plans and account strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of servicing professionals, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to deliver effective communication solutions.
- Represent the organization at client presentations, reviews, and industry events.
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in advertising, branding, or digital agencies).
- Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
- Experience in managing large accounts and multi-industry clients.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering value.
