Ambassador of Financial Excellence
- Description
- The Ambassador of Financial Excellence is responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences through exceptional service delivery.
- This role involves running processes for account opening, maintenance and closure while adhering to banking standards and regulatory requirements.
- The incumbent will be expected to handle customer enquiries and instructions efficiently, ensuring timely checking of account opening documentation and opening of accounts.
- Strong monitoring and analysis skills are necessary to maintain high-quality forms and documentation, as well as ensure pro-active liaison with relevant stakeholders.
- Timely follow-up with sales representatives is also a key aspect of this role to resolve any outstanding deferrals.
- Transactions Related
- The successful candidate will scrutinize transactional documents submitted by customers, addressing all related enquiries and escalations.
- A strong understanding of banking processes and regulations is essential to ensure compliance with internal and statutory requirements.
- Service & Quality
- This role demands a consistent and superior level of service delivery, with the incumbent expected to maintain accurate records and data on customer queries and complaints.
- Daily and weekly monitoring of various data points and reports is crucial to achieving process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Audit & Compliance
- The Ambassador of Financial Excellence will be responsible for following all processes, policies and guidelines, as well as ensuring comprehensive compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Auditing and resolving findings in a timely manner is an essential aspect of this role.
- Others
- Maintaining the highest levels of discipline, punctuality and attendance is critical in this position.
- The incumbent will also be responsible for managing local vendors and agency relationships, ensuring smooth execution of transactions.
- A thorough understanding of banking processes, regulations and guidelines across retail products is necessary to excel in this role.
- Requirements
- A minimum age of 21 years and a maximum age of 28 years is required.
- Education
- A graduate degree or postgraduate qualification is preferred, with certifications in areas such as AMFI, NCFM, IRDA or JAIIB being advantageous.
