We are looking for a diligent and strategic Procurement Operations Manager to join our procurement team at Kaarlo Training & HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, goods, and services, negotiating the best possible terms, and ensuring timely delivery to support our operational needs.

Key responsibilities include vendor management, procurement operations, cost management, inventory management, compliance and documentation, and market research.

Requirements

• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
• Procurement Operations: Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts in accordance with company policies.
• Cost Management: Conduct cost analysis to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory control and warehouse teams to manage stock levels.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
