Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Thanjavur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student recruitment for graduate admissions and a proven ability to achieve enrollment targets and meet deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective student recruitment strategies, building and maintaining a robust network of education consultants, establishing strong connections with local schools, conducting presentations, career guidance sessions, and other activities in schools, and traveling extensively within the region to promote our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase student enrollments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with education consultants and local schools.
  • Conduct presentations, career guidance sessions, and other activities in schools to promote our programs.
  • Travel extensively within the region to promote our programs and establish new partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in student recruitment for graduate admissions.
  • Proven track record of achieving enrollment targets and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Tamil.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Estimated Salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum
