Lead Financial Expertise

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee financial reporting, analysis, and strategy. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, drive business growth through data-driven insights, and maintain effective internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial reporting procedures aligned with corporate standards.
  • Manage a full-cycle accounting team, providing guidance on financial processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain effective relationships with auditors, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices in financial management.

Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant certification.
  • A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience in multi-site environments and international operations.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and SAP is an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of driving results-oriented teams.
