Position Summary
About the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished financial expert to assume a leadership position in our Corporate Finance function for India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of finance, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
- Oversee the month-end close process and ensure timely completion of annual audits.
- Develop and implement financial models to enhance business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with banking partners and payment gateways.
- Maintain expertise in US GAAP/IFRS based financial standards, particularly service revenue recognition.
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Corporate Finance function, which includes:
- Managing monthly close, audits, and procurement processes.
- Implementing Treasury and banking processes.
- Modeling complex business scenarios using Financial Models and AOP.
- Ensuring compliance with US and India taxes.
- Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of experience and 4 years in finance controllership/tax function.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Hands-on expertise on ERP Systems and technical accounting standards.
- Clear understanding of Financial Planning, Financial Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Compliances, Business Growth Strategy, etc.
