
Business Development and Process Management Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between dealers, vendors, and the city sales team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily sales operations, maintaining high productivity levels, and ensuring accurate execution of sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily with dealers, vendors, and the city sales team for operational requirements.
- Follow up on renewals and new acquisitions, ensuring timely order processing in the CRM.
- Manage subscriptions for prominent local publications.
- Manage complaints and resolution.
- Oversee procurement and distribution of promotional materials and other related items.
- Manage backend team productivity, salary processing, and invoice management.
- Implement orders as per guidelines.
- Maintain accurate MIS tracking and prepare timely reports for management.
- Support other operational functions as required by the sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in direct sales processes operations.
- Experience in sales operations, coordination, or backend support roles.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in SAP and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
