This full-time on-site role for a Fitness Manager located in a vibrant city will oversee day-to-day operations of the fitness center. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating training programs, and ensuring the facility meets the needs of members.

  • The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the Fitness Industry, understanding of Exercise Physiology, excellent leadership and management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to develop effective sales strategies.

As a Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, supervising group exercise and personal training sessions, and promoting a safe and welcoming environment for all members.

Key responsibilities also include:
