Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Email Support Specialist to join our team. As an Email Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drafting and sending emails to customers in response to their queries and complaints.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customer concerns are resolved promptly and accurately.
  3. Working closely with other teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong email drafting and comprehension abilities.

  • Experience in travel domain would be appreciated.
