Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling their queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner
- Assist clients with onboarding, setup, and usage of our services
- Troubleshoot common issues and escalate technical problems to the concerned team
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
- Provide product demonstrations and guide customers through features when needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi
- Ability to understand SaaS platforms, websites, or digital services
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
- Basic knowledge of website hosting, domains, or SaaS products (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or chat support platforms is a plus
