We seek a proactive, detail-oriented, and communication-savvy Client Service Executive to join our team. As a fresher, you will be trained to assist in managing client relationships, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client communications effectively
- Cultivate strong relationships with recruitment teams to understand and fulfill client requirements
- Create and update job descriptions and candidate briefs based on client input
- Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with clients efficiently
- Maintain and update CRM tools and recruitment databases accurately
- Assist in creating client reports, presentations, and documentation
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and candidates
- Support in onboarding processes and client feedback management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments
