As a seasoned Operations Leader, you will oversee a team of professionals and prioritize customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely project completion. Your responsibilities will include managing internal stakeholders such as Finance, Vendor teams, Installer teams etc., to guarantee seamless support and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the entire customer experience from booking to handover, serving as the highest point of escalation for regional issues and ensuring resolution within committed timeframes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like installer teams, vendor teams, category teams, product teams etc., to facilitate faster issue resolution and empower team members to solve ground-level problems.
  • Empower your existing team and hire top talent to strengthen your region's team.
  • Ensure adherence to defined process SOPs and standards to provide a standardized customer experience.
  • Oversee Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker resolution of customer escalations.
Expertise and Qualifications
  • Preferrably hold an MBA from IIM or Tier 1 B-schools along with NIT/BITS/IIT background.
  • 7-12 years of work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries is required.
  • Direct team reporting experience is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
  • A structured thought process and strong analytical ability are crucial.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment is vital.
  • Manage strategic alliances/business partnerships with builders architects and interior consultants to achieve maximum project reach.
