Fulfillment Center Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Executive to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Fulfillment centers, ensuring they meet our high standards for performance, design, and compliance.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive program initiatives that improve quality, productivity, speed, and cost. With customer obsession and a strong sense of ownership, you will utilize your skills to identify patterns and disruptions, dive deep into data analysis, and foresee potential implications.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer-facing environments, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing. You must be fluent in English, have experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, and be proficient in Excel.
A bachelor's degree is required, and 1+ years of relevant experience is necessary. Additionally, you should be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly and travel to stores to set up and monitor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor UTR operations FC+ LM of assigned 3P SSD sites and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with 3P partners on S&OP plans, HC planning, quality metrics, and other parameters.
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring objectives, limits, conformance, and information privacy are met.
- Visit sites for operational conformance, restrictions, and norms.
- Conduct monthly audits of 3P sites.
- Visit all assigned sites at least once a month.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent English language skills (read, write, speak).
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Proficient in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SSD Operations.
