Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a critical role in our sales process, working closely with the marketing team to identify and qualify potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Developing Sales Pitches

Research and analyze market trends to create compelling sales pitches that showcase our products and services.

2. Qualifying Potential Customers

Work with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers, analyzing their needs and preferences to determine the best approach.

3. Analyzing Market Potential

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

4. Providing Knowledge Support

Offer expert knowledge and support to the sales team, helping them to understand our products and services and develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. Strong Analytical Skills

The ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns.

2. Excellent Communication Skills

The ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.

3. Strong Knowledge of the Food Industry

A deep understanding of the food industry, including market trends and customer preferences.

4. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil

The ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is essential for this role.
