Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

This role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies for raw materials, chemicals, consumables, and services to ensure cost-efficiency, quality, and uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key spend categories, including raw materials, solvents, catalysts, packaging, and engineering supplies.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Identify, assess, and develop suppliers (domestic and international). Lead negotiations and manage long-term agreements, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
• Cost Optimization & Budgeting: Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, vendor consolidation, and process improvements. Prepare and monitor procurement budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Inventory & Supply Assurance: Collaborate with production and planning teams to maintain optimum stock levels while minimizing working capital. Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production disruptions.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement within the chemical/process/manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with global sourcing, customs regulations, and import/export documentation.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
