Supply Chain Excellence Opportunity

You are a highly skilled and detail-driven supply chain professional with expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. Your proactive approach to managing supply chain operations involves a mindset for process improvement, cost control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Development & Compliance Management
    • Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and internal standards.
    • Ensure operational procedures meet regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement & Project Leadership
    • Identify and execute Continuous Improvement projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization in procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
    • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to address root causes and drive measurable improvements.
  • Data Analysis & Insights Generation
    • Analyze and report on core supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including lead time, On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), inventory turns, and supplier performance.
    • Build dashboards and advanced analytical reports using Excel, Power BI, or other relevant tools.
  • Procurement & Supplier Collaboration
    • Support the procurement of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), excipients, and packaging materials, ensuring quality compliance and supplier performance.
    • Drive vendor evaluation, qualification, and timely material availability at the site.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
    • Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Production, and Planning teams to ensure seamless batch scheduling and material flow.
    • Support audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or similar regulated industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology or Pharmacy or Master's degree in Business Administration (with focus on Supply Chain Operations).
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Strong command of MS Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.
  • Project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
