Geospatial Solutions Developer

As a seasoned GIS professional, you will have the opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge geospatial solutions. We are seeking an experienced developer with a strong background in computer science and software development to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Publishing and administering map services using GeoServer and ArcGIS Server
  • Tuning and troubleshooting map services for optimal performance
  • Maintaining and administering geodatabases using PostGIS, ArcGIS GeoDBs, and other open-source GIS software
Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and TypeScript
  • Experience working with ESRI APIs and tools, including ArcObjects, Geoprocessing, and ArcGIS Desktop Server Portal
  • Knowledge of web frameworks such as Angular, React, Node.js, and Openlayers
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in a hybrid on-premise and cloud environment
  • Experience in the upstream oil and gas industry
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Google BigQuery, Airflow, Elastic Search, Spark, Kafka, Git, Azure DevOps, Terraform, VS Code, and Kubernetes
