About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Fleet Support Associate. This role involves providing business and administrative support to the Fleet Support team, as well as other internal Aviation organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data analysis and asset management: Engine Health Monitoring (EHM)/Engine Condition Trend Monitoring (ECTM)
  • Flight data trend interpretation and analysis results
  • Checking flight parameters
  • Reporting results back to the relevant team members
  • Identifying patterns and analyzing large datasets
  • Defining new data collection and analysis processes
  • Data acquisition and transmission
  • Responding to customer inquiries and problem escalations
  • Providing excellent customer service to all airline operators
Requirements
  • Rich experience in Flight Data analysis and Gas Turbine Engines monitoring
  • Aeronautical Engineering/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a strong academic record
  • Knowledge of Gas Turbine Engines and functions
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, FDM, and MDM
  • Proficiency with MTV, Pearl IDE, SQL, and any software programs
