Job Title: Software Delivery Specialist

Are you a seasoned project manager with expertise in leading software delivery projects? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Delivery Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple software delivery projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion within budget and meeting quality standards.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve project delivery capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software delivery project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
