Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Project Manager. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day software delivery operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful completion of software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Quality Assurance team & Development Team to ensure usability, reliability, and quality standards of products.
  • Work closely with Engineers/Architects/Customer Services to align customer requirements mapped to the quality standards of Acsys.
  • Participate in RND meetings with clients and understand business requirements.
  • Work closely with project team to arrive at a project plan and manage daily scrum calls to resolve impediments and ensure overall quality & timeline is met.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge and Experience on .Net & RDMS technical would help.
  • Exposure and Experience in DevOps Environment and automation experience would be an added advantage.

Essential Skills:

  • Good understanding of software development & quality standards, user experience.
  • Good writing skills (for documenting the process) and good communications skills.
  • Ability to operate in a changing and challenging environment.
  • Good time management skills, ability to priorities tasks effectively.

Desired Skills:

  • Good communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to customers.
  • Experienced in working with multi-cultural teams and customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science or Electronics.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
