Project Delivery Lead

The role of Project Delivery Lead is to oversee the successful completion of projects from inception to delivery. This involves coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors, managing project scope, schedule, and budget, as well as developing a detailed project plan to track progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp or Trello)
  • Hands-on agile methodologies, especially scrum/kanban based execution
  • Experience with Jira
  • Ensuring consistent delivery quality across all streams of work
  • Reporting and escalating to management as needed
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with third-party vendors
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
Requirements:
  • Great educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Experience in IAM systems, especially SailPoint related product implementation and support
