Direct Sales Process Leader

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Direct Sales Processes Operations Manager to lead our sales operations team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in direct sales processes operations, with proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in SAP and Salesforce is also highly desirable. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Marathi, with strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily with dealers, vendors, and the city sales team for operational requirements.
  • Ensure timely order processing in the CRM.
  • Manage subscriptions for leading newspapers and magazines.
  • Manage complaints and resolution.
  • Oversee procurement and distribution of promotional materials and other related items.
  • Manage backend team productivity, salary processing, and invoice management.
  • Implement orders as per guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and prepare timely reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in direct sales processes operations.
  • Experience in sales operations, coordination, or backend support roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Fluency in English and Marathi.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
