Job Title: Senior Field Services Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Services Professional to join our team.

  • This role will involve the execution of services automation business, driving monthly order bookings to achieve set targets, and ensuring timely completion of AMC and payment collection.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in field service operations. They will be responsible for pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment, as well as completing field service reports, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execution of services automation business to drive growth and revenue
  • Timely completion of AMC and payment collection to ensure seamless customer satisfaction
  • Problem-solving with customers, electricians, sales partners, technical support, and District Service teams
  • Preparation and submission of field service reports, expense reports, and preventive maintenance data sheets

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/B-tech/BE in Electricals and Mechatronics or relevant field
  • 4-5 years of experience in Cooling Industries, preferably in field service operations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
