Product Tester, Senior

We seek a Product Tester, Senior to contribute to our mission.

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Product Tester, Senior, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to develop innovative technologies that improve health and well-being of vulnerable populations. You will collaborate with a diverse global team to identify and solve complex healthcare problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in software testing projects to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Develop and execute test plans, schedules, and manage test resources effectively.
  • Lead formal test execution phases for larger projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Apply knowledge of industry, functional software products, and regulatory issues to conduct thorough testing and create comprehensive test scripts.
  • Maintain accurate defect reports and updates after regression testing.
Requirements
  • 4 or more years of experience in software product testing, including development and execution of test-ware from functional design documents in compliance with regulatory statutes.
  • Knowledge of configuration management, defect tracking, query tools, software productivity tools, and templates used to create test scripts and trace matrices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to team members and interact with clients during project meetings.
  • Good organization, people management, and time management skills, complemented by analytical problem-solving skills to drive impact for clients.
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively with a diverse global team distributed across geographies and time zones.
