1. Web Application Testing Roles

Junior Web Tester (3–6 Yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports for web applications.
  • Perform end-to-end testing within Agile sprints.
  • Execute automated tests using Selenium with Python/PyTest, with exposure to Appium for browser automation.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA leads for defect triage and test cycle completion.

Lead Web Tester (6–9 Yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Web automation testing efforts using Selenium with Java and Python/PyTest.
  • Define test plans, review test cases, mentor junior testers, and ensure sprint readiness.
  • Conduct automation framework enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as primary QA point of contact for developers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.

2. Windows Application Testing Roles

Junior Windows Tester (3–6 Yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Windows desktop app test cases and raise defects with detailed logs.
  • Work with WinAppDriver for UI automation.
  • Build PyTest-based automation scripts, leveraging Appium for Windows where needed.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint testing completion.

Lead Windows Tester (6–9 Yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Windows application test planning and automation using WinAppDriver.
  • Mentor team members in test case design, automation scripts, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Review test results and ensure QA metrics alignment with Agile goals.

3. Mobile Application Testing Roles

Junior Mobile Tester (3–6 Yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute mobile application test cases for iOS/Android apps.
  • Develop automation scripts using Appium with Python/PyTest.
  • Validate UI/UX, functional, and regression scenarios in an Agile environment.
  • Participate in bug triage and provide RCA for defects.

Lead Mobile Tester (6–9 Yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mobile test planning, automation, and execution.
