Financial Technology Tester

We're seeking a skilled Financial Technology Tester to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our software testing team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing tests for our financial technology products.
This role involves working as a tester in a collaborative environment, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, clarify product specifications, and align testing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our software applications.
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) to ensure high-quality products.
- Identify and report defects, participate in defect remediation, and verify fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, clarify product specifications, and align testing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new methodologies to enhance testing skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a software tester in a reputable organization.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium or Cucumber is an added advantage.
