About the Role

  • We aim to create highly efficient and magical support experiences for customers by leveraging data and AI. We specialize in NLP, Generative AI, and Computer Vision. Our full-stack AI team works on LLM research, rapid model prototyping, robust evaluation systems, and reliable infrastructure for large-scale deployment. We seek candidates with deep expertise in NLP / GenAI and end-to-end experience launching large-scale AI models in production.
  • You will lead initiatives by identifying opportunities, researching techniques, guiding the team in end-to-end AI development, and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver AI solutions that create significant business value.

 What You Will Do

  • Build customer support assistants using GenAI through prompt engineering 3P LLMs or fine-tuning custom LLMs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and data science to understand product requirements, prototype, iterate, and launch GenAI assistants in production.
  • Explore novel ideas and innovative solutions that can lead to a step change in our products.

 Essential Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
  • Knowledge of latest ML algorithms such as GenAI, NLP, CV, recommendation systems.
  • Coding skills, clean, elegant, bug-free code in languages like Java, GO.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow while building best-in-class systems.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of NLP theory and understanding of latest innovations in Generative AI.
  • Contributed to broader technical community through tech talks, publications, open-source projects, or other ways.
  • Proven track record working across an organization not just across teams.
