Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Registrar at our institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student records, processing registrations, maintaining academic records, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage student records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Process registrations and admissions, ensuring timely completion and compliance with institutional policies
  • Maintain academic records, including transcripts, grades, and other relevant documents
  • Coordinate with various departments, such as faculty, staff, and students, to ensure smooth administration
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in administrative software and tools. A PhD in any discipline is required, with experience in managing student records and academic administration being a significant advantage.

Candidates should also have experience working in higher education administration, preferably with BCI/PCI/NAAC certification. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information are essential qualities for this position.
