About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AP Operations Lead to join our team in Jaipur, India.

Job Summary

The AP Operations Lead will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely payment of invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire payables process, including daily tracking of volumes, allocation of tasks, and supervision of team members;
  • Prepare invoices and expense reports for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies;
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement process improvements and efficiencies;
  • Conduct audits of invoices and expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and protect clients from fraud, waste, and abuse;
  • Provide accurate and helpful support with supplier inquiries and resolve discrepancies with clients and departments or individuals throughout the firm;
  • Program administration and oversight of the company's corporate card program;
  • Establish effective relationships with different partners within and outside the organization through written and verbal communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance and Accounting;
  • Experience with Accounts Payable or Finance;
  • Functional SME with Workday Financials and SAP Concur;
  • Solid understanding of MS-Office, particularly Excel, with expertise in VLOOKUP, Hlookup, Pivot, Graphs, Sumif, Countif, Counta, Delimit, and Concatenate;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service mentality;
  • Deep domain expertise in Accounts Payable Operations;
  • End-to-end P2P process knowledge with accounting steps and controls;
  • Understanding of SLAs and implication of non-compliance;
  • Client handling experience, including providing process updates/dashboards calls and responding to critical issues;
  • SOX Knowledge and Transparency about control Narratives;
  • Result-oriented (ability to prioritize & delegate) and a teammate;
  • Experience working within a SaaS procure-to-pay or ERP system is preferred, with exposure specifically to Workday ERP and/or Concur Travel & Expense systems beneficial.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹900,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
