Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Operations Specialist to join our team. As an AP Process Expert, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices accurately and responding to queries in a timely manner to ensure prompt payment. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process invoices, providing resolutions and releasing payments as needed.
- Resolve vendor queries and requests via email or tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Verify invoice essentials, including supplier details, purchase orders, bank accounts, invoice numbers, and dates.
- Maintain exception trackers and logs for process-related exceptions, ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform transactional tasks supporting compliance, planning, and execution of assigned processes.
- Follow up on hold invoices according to AP guidelines.
- Adhere to internal compliance policies and guidelines established by management.
- Conduct daily internal audits to ensure adherence to guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Relevant work experience in accounting or related fields.
- Strong English language skills (verbal and written).
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on various factors.

We seek professionals with a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Prior experience in cost model creation and management, pre-sales process management, and sales support is a plus.
