About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Genpact in Jaipur, India. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with expertise in financial operations and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

This role involves managing all aspects of accounts payable operations, including daily tracking of payables volumes, allocation of tasks, and ensuring timely completion in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Domain Specialist will be responsible for preparing invoices and expense reports for payment, reviewing supporting documentation, and identifying improvement opportunities using benchmarking data.

In this position, you will conduct audits of invoices and expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and protect clients from fraud, waste, and abuse. You will also provide accurate and helpful support with supplier inquiries, independently resolve discrepancies with clients and departments, and program administer the company's corporate card program.

The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in Accounts Payable Operations, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a customer service mentality. They should have end-to-end P2P process knowledge, understanding of SLAs, and experience working within a SaaS procure to pay or ERP system, preferably Workday ERP and/or Concur Travel & Expense systems.

Responsibilities
  • Daily tracking of volumes for the entire payables process
  • Allocation of volumes and supervising for timely completion in adherence of SLA
  • Preparation of invoices and expense reports for payment
  • Reviewing supporting documentation
  • Identifying improvement opportunities using benchmarking data
  • Conducting audits of invoices and expenses
  • Providing accurate and helpful support with supplier inquiries
  • Independently resolving discrepancies with clients and departments
  • Program administration of the company's corporate card program
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree with a major in Finance and Accounting
  • Experience with Accounts Payable or Finance
  • Functional SME with Workday Financials and SAP Concur
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep domain expertise in Accounts Payable Operations
  • End-to-end P2P process knowledge
  • Understanding of SLAs and implication of non-compliance
  • Client handling experience
  • SOX Knowledge and Transparency about control Narratives
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from ₹8.5 lakhs to ₹12.5 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
