Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled OTM Solution Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and enhance ServiceNow's CMDB and ITOM modular platform.
  • Develop ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
  • Document all development, configuration, and technical details.
  • Prepare training materials for stakeholders.
  • Implement the CSDM framework for Operational Technology and document end-to-end data alignment processes.
  • Train necessary stakeholders on new processes and procedures.
  • Assist in identifying issues, gathering data, analyzing, and presenting solutions.

Requirements:

  • We require a good understanding of mid-server configuration, CMDB, discovery, and service graph connector.
  • The selected individual should possess knowledge of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.
  • Familiarity with the Purdue Model architecture is a plus.
  • Prior experience in implementing OT visibility, asset management, and service management modules in ServiceNow is desirable.
  • The successful candidate will also have a basic understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and Power/Shell scripting.
  • Moderate understanding of database level architecture and SQL query writing is necessary.
  • The ability to script automated processes, including business rules and script actions, is essential.
