We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our revenue growth strategy. As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing Revenue Growth: Develop and execute aggressive B2B sales strategies to drive high-value clients and exceed revenue targets.
- Sales Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with C-suite executives (CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Business Leaders) to create tailored marketing solutions that drive business results.
- Brand Solutions & Creative Sales Strategies: Develop innovative brand partnerships and monetization models that integrate branded content, events, and digital media.
- Pitch Decks & Proposals: Craft compelling pitch decks that showcase The Guild's value proposition and secure high-ticket deals.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B media sales, brand solutions, or marketing partnerships.
- A proven track record of closing high-value deals with CMOs, marketing heads, and business leaders.
- Strong consultative selling skills to understand client needs and craft impactful solutions.
- Creative thinker who can develop innovative brand partnerships and monetization strategies.
- Exceptional storyteller with the ability to create compelling pitch decks that influence decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business unit.
