Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP professional with 5+ years of hands-on implementation and support experience for Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors EC to meet business needs.
  • Manage integrations between SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and third-party systems.
  • Support end-users by troubleshooting issues and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR and payroll processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and payroll schemas.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration or other middleware.
  • Proficiency in SAP Payroll Control Center and knowledge of country-specific payroll localization.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with Time Management and Benefits modules in SuccessFactors.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors reporting tools.
