Key Role in GST Compliance and Management

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to manage our organisation's GST compliance, audits, refund processing, investigations and coordinate with tax authorities. This role requires adherence to the latest GST regulations and business impact analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit periodic GST compliance reports detailing the company's tax obligations.
  • Organise and maintain GST-related documents ensuring compliance with strict timelines.
  • Draft and file GST refund applications, representing the organisation before refund processing authorities.
  • Manage GST audits, including documentation and responses to official notices.
  • Investigate and resolve GST-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate communication with authorities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants to ensure full tax compliance.
  • Stay updated on evolving GST laws and recommend process or policy updates accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing GST compliance, audits and investigations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
