Sales and Relationship Growth Specialist

As a Sales Professional with Business Focus at HR Desire, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve stretched targets in a result-oriented environment.
You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This will enable you to prepare pre-sales proposals for prospective clients and deliver compelling sales presentations to convert prospects into successful sales.
The successful candidate will be able to handle objections and resolve member/customer conflicts by maintaining regular communication with them. Additionally, you will need to identify potential customers and new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and provide necessary support in booking first-time holidays for new members.
