Technical Lead Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Core Technical Lead Developer with a strong background in software development and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in leading complex projects and teams, as well as a deep understanding of frontend technologies.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using .NET Core and other relevant technologies.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to analyze, define, and prioritize project requirements, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Developing and maintaining frontend components using modern web technologies, ensuring responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Implementing Test-Driven Development methodologies to ensure code quality and reduce defects, while improving overall software development efficiency.
  • Utilizing Model-View-Controller architecture to create modular and maintainable applications, adhering to best practices and design patterns.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex software defects and performance issues.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and incorporating them into the development process.
  • Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and sharing knowledge with team members to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development using .NET Core and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as Blazor and good experience on Azure.
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and a solid understanding of unit testing and test automation.
  • Familiarity with Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture and design patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
