Job Title: FMCG Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FMCG Sales Executive to join our team at Smart Work Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in assigned territories, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, retailers, distributors, and direct consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, distributors, and direct consumers
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG Products
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
