Senior Java Developer Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer who can design, develop, and implement software solutions using Java technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring stack, and OOP's concepts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create robust and efficient software applications using Java technologies.
  • Solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices.
  • Participate in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, designing applications, and developing or enhancing software application modules.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database systems like RDBMS and NoSQL. They should also be proficient in building Microservices, docker, and containerization.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with Database systems like RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.) advantage NoSQL (Dynamo, MongoDB etc.)
  • Experience in building Microservices.
  • Knowledge of docker and containerization.
  • Good experience in using messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field of study
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Java Backend development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Java Certified Developer
  • AWS Developer or Solution Architect
