Strategic Gifting Business Development Manager

About the Position
Kimirica is looking for a Strategic Gifting Business Development Manager to drive B2B corporate gifting sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for corporate gifting, aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of bulk gifting programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Establish and manage relationships with vendors, negotiating favorable terms and pricing
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and reliability
- Develop and manage budgets for corporate gifting programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Lead and mentor a team of corporate gifting executives, providing guidance and performance oversight
- Continuously assess client feedback to enhance the gifting experience
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of proven experience in B2B corporate gifting sales
- Strong corporate client network with a track record of closing high-value deals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales, from lead generation to project execution
