Commercial Banking Portfolio Associate

We are seeking a Commercial Banking Portfolio Associate to join our team. As a key member of our portfolio management team, you will be responsible for researching complex credit investigations and diverse credit information for loans. You will also identify opportunities for process improvements within the scope of your responsibilities or functional area.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of credit information to inform loan decisions
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Credit analysis, financial statement analysis, credit risk rating
- CA, MBA or equivalent PG qualification preferred
