About this Role:

You will lead and manage a high-performing delivery team to ensure the successful delivery of exceptional solutions to clients.

  • Lead and manage a team of project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery, migration.
  • Support hiring and training initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities and ensure service excellence.
  • Work closely with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage their expectations.
  • Engage in delivery governance forums and collaborate with the sales team on proposals and strategic initiatives to drive success.

The Role Involves:

  • Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Leading account development activities to ensure cloud solutions align with industry standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Guiding and working hands-on with the pursuit team for technical solution design, estimation, planning, and proposal presentation.
  • Span of Control: Lead delivery teams of 200 to 250 engineers. Build and groom next two levels of delivery leaders.
  • Portfolio: A high-growth portfolio with annual revenue of USD 15M to USD 20M.
  • Operational Efficiency: Track and control operational parameters such as utilization, pyramid, margin with attention to detail.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain preferably working with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domain.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects as applicable to the HLS industry.
  • Managing and leading highly skilled teams, team leaders, and product developers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings (10% to 25%).
