Senior Leadership Position

This is a high-level management role responsible for leading a business unit and driving team performance.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the practice and portfolio objectives, as well as experience managing complex service delivery projects with multiple stakeholders.

The role requires the ability to define projects, execute within timelines, and deliver projects on time while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be accountable to all internal and external stakeholders for specific engagement and will be responsible for:

  • Managing personnel, including hiring, training, performance assessment, and delegation of workload
  • Driving transformation projects from operations, digital asset implementation, and standard methodologies' framework
  • Engaging with customers to understand and address customer pain points
  • Providing direction and mentorship to the team for the delivery of goals and promoting a learning culture

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 14 years of experience within the relevant domain and skill
  • Experience managing complex service delivery, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in the L&A Domain, with extensive exposure to managing teams
