We are seeking a seasoned IT executive to spearhead our technology strategy and drive innovation across the manufacturing sector.

This visionary leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive IT plan aligned with our business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster digital transformation initiatives, leveraging Industry 4.0, IoT, process automation, and smart factory solutions.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (SAP S/4 HANA, HRMS, Robotics IT Systems, MES, SharePoint).
  • Maintain cybersecurity, ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001:2022), and develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to implement IT solutions.
  • BUILD AND MENTOR A HIGH-PERFORMING IT TEAM WHILE MANAGING VENDORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15–20 years of IT leadership experience with at least 5+ years in senior roles (preferably in manufacturing/automotive).
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation projects (IoT, RPA, AI, Cloud, Data Analytics).
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and industry standards compliance.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, AWS-SAA, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor preferred.
