Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Lead to join our team at WALLOP ADVERTISING PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing long-lasting relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will be expected to manage sales strategy, execution, and results, as well as provide leadership and support to sales managers.
A competitive salary of ₹12,00,000 per annum is offered for this role, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients to present proposals and address their concerns.
- Attending sales meetings, trade shows, and training workshops as required.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating client needs.
- Managing sales strategy, execution, and results.
- Providing leadership and support to sales managers.
- Meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Negotiating and closing deals, as well as handling complaints or objections.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
- Tracking sales leads in Salesforce and viewing key sales information on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- 4+ years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and other sales tools.
