Key responsibilities include leading high-performance teams, ensuring the proper implementation of advanced procurement capabilities, analyzing costs, creating requests for proposals, reviewing bids, and negotiating terms to procure the best products for the organization.

Succeeding in this role requires strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant industry experience are also essential.

A graduation degree in a relevant field and relevant years of experience in sourcing and category management are necessary qualifications for this position. Additionally, a customer-centric focus with a 'can-do' attitude and good exposure to global suppliers by indirect spend categories are highly valued.

  • Graduation degree in Science, Commerce, Business, or relevant field.
  • Relevant years of experience in Sourcing, Category Management in Manufacturing, BPO industries.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, and analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer-centric focus with a CAN-DO attitude, and good exposure to global suppliers by indirect spend categories.
