Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring work execution aligns with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
  • The successful candidate will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to guarantee smooth project execution.
  • They will monitor and manage resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
  • The role requires timely completion of project milestones as per schedule.
  • Maintaining site records including daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement is crucial.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in preparing bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills.
  • Conducting quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, etc. is essential.
  • Ensuring compliance with IS codes, company standards, and safety norms is a must.
  • The successful candidate will resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with project managers and consultants.
  • Effective communication with the project team, clients, and management is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and standards is necessary.
  • Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications is required.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (preferred) will be beneficial.
  • Good leadership and team coordination skills are essential.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability is crucial.
  • Willingness to work at project sites across Tamil Nadu is necessary.
